DOP-IOS v10
-----------
NOTE: THIS SOFTWARE CAN DAMAGE YOUR WII CONSOLE. USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK.

DOwnload-Patch-install any IOS! :)
----------------------------------
Dop-IOS is a very quick modification to tona's shop installer. Dop-IOS lets
you download and install any IOS from Nintendo servers. You can also apply the
trucha bug to them. It also can apply the ES_Identify patch to IOS36.

Features
--------
* Download any IOS from Nintendo servers
* Select between any old or new version of any IOS
* You can apply the signature hash check (trucha bug) again
* You can also apply ES_Identify function patch to IOS36
(useful for AnyTitle Deleter and >3.4 users)
* Protection: you cannot install stubs. You could get a brick if you install a stub
IOS that your System Menu uses.
  * If you want them, just update through Wii menu or disc.
* Stores files on SD: you can reuse all your downloaded IOS with Dop-IOS or another
  application.
* Shows your IOS versions
* Requires a trucha-bugged IOS (any cIOS will work)

Brick risk?
-----------
Yes. Any application that modifies NAND can brick your console.
Be careful when you are going to 'dop' the IOS that your System Menu uses. A power
cut during installation can brick your Wii.

Also, if you are using Preloader or Priiloader don't dop your System Menu IOS, these
programs already patch this IOS so it's not recommended.

This readme file was written on February 2010, latest version of Wii firmware was 4.2.
Be careful, a new firmware version could turn Dop-IOS into a dangerous application.

Uses
----
* Reactivate trucha bug in Disc Channel (only for modchips users)
 * In order to play a trucha game on Disc Channel you must dop your System Menu
IOS and the IOS that the game uses.
* If you updated through an unofficial method Dop-IOS will be able to set up
  everything correctly.
 * Some unofficial updaters only download the latest System Menu and its IOS, but
they don't update older IOSes and for that reason all your original games
can ask for any update. Dop-IOS installs latest IOSes (and patches them if you
want) so your games won't try to update.
* Prevent any dangerous Nintendo update. Having an old IOS with trucha bug
can be very helpful if someday Nintendo updates everything and forgets about
  that IOS (this already happened).

Offline feature
---------------
You can use Dop-IOS without having your Wii connected to internet.

You must place the required files of the IOS you want to install on:
sd:/00000001/xxxxxxxx/vyyyy
where Xs are the IOS number (in hexadecimal) and Ys its version.
For example, if you want to install IOS36 v1042 you must place all
content files on:
sd:/00000001/00000024/v1042

You can download the required files with NUSD, for example.
