RemoteJoy4iRS v3.2.4.9 by StoneCut & Anonymous
----------------------------------------------

I've coded a little GUI with the help of a master AutoIT scripter
(who unfortunately wishes to remain anonymous).

Features

--------
- EXE is self-contained. It will extract all necessary files and
  folders upon first launch
- .INI file support. All settings will be saved and remembered
- instant docking of RemoteJoy window to the GUI
- When F12 is used to exit full screen then the gui will restart
RemoteJoy in the corresponding window mode docked.
(FPS Full -> FPS window, Full -> window)
- Ability to define custom cygdrive root folder via right-click
on Cygdrive icon. Be careful to keep your paths short when using
this option ! You can also reset cygdrive option in right-click
  menu
- ability to choose Joy1 and Joy2 map files via right-click on 2nd
Pad icon. This will overwrite the default joy_1.map and joy_2.map
files with your files so they become default.
- GUI is skinnable. Default graphics are embedded in the EXE.
Change the images via right-click on any icon. This also works for
the background image, text colour and LEDs. Your settings will be
saved in the INI. You can also reset all colors and images back
  to default.
- Minimize to tray option. The app will always be in the fore-
ground which shouldn't cause issues when you play but could steal
window focus when doing other things. Please use the ear piece on
the iPhone interface to minimize the app to tray if you would like
  to do other things
- New "state LEDs". There are now LEDs which indicate the currently
active state for the view and usbhostfs options
- slightly new visual effects tongue.gif
- heavy code optimizations

Preparation & Basic Usage
-------------------------
To use RemoteJoy4iRS simply copy the EXE to any folder and launch it.
It will extract some folders for you.

In order to be able to use RemoteJoy4iRS with iR Shell we will require
a working USBhostFS connection. This means you will also need to have
the updated USBhostFS drivers for iR Shell installed. The current
usbhostfs.exe that comes with iR Shell is incompatible with other
releases out there so be sure to use the recommended files for iR Shell.
RemoteJoy4iRS also ships with the drivers and you can find them in the
\FILES\DRIVER\ subfolder after having launched RemoteJoy4iRS at least
once.

Please follow chapter 6.2.1 of the iR Shell installation guide first
and make sure that you can connect fine using USBhostFS.

Next you must launch iR Configurator and make sure that both "Non-MS
Media Access" and "Display Redirect to usbhost0" are set to "Enable"
and save your changes.

Finally, launch RemoteJoy4iRS.exe and iR Shell. Connect your PSP to
your PC via USB cable and then choose "Toggle USBhostFS" in iR Shell.

Done - the PSP screen will now be displayed on your PC monitor.

View Modes
----------
The upper four buttons control the View mode. The upper two buttons
switch between windowed mode with and without frames per second (fps)
counter. The next two buttons do the same for fullscreen view.

To return from fullscreen view please press F12 (not ESC).

USBhostFS Modes
---------------
The first of the USBhostFS mode buttons (labelled "USB") simply resets
all usbhostfs.exe options back to default. This is essentially the same
as running usbhostfs.exe with the command-line parameter:

usbhostfs.exe -1 joy.map

The next USBhostFS button (labelled "ASDF") is used to enable/disable the
Keyboard. By default the PC Keyboard will be enabled for control. Use this
button to disable Keyboard control. This does not affect PC Joystick input
via Joystick 1 which is always active.

The third USBhostFS button (with two PSP controllers) is used to enable/
disable the 2nd Joystick support for 2-Player PS1 Games. By default it is
disabled. Use this button to enable support for it.

The fourth USBhostFS button (with a folder on it) is for defining another
root folder which is to be shared by the included usbhostfs.exe. By
default RemoteJoy4iRS will share the \MS_ROOT\ subfolder which gets created
when you launch RemoteJoy4iRS.exe for the first time. This folder contains
a complete memory stick folder structure for use with Host Redirection if
needed. By clicking on the button once you will enable "cygdrive" mode which
will share all your drives with your PSP instead of the root folder.
Finally, you can define a custom root folder to use by right-clicking on the
fourth USBhostFS button and choosing "Select Cygdrive Directory". You can
also reset everything to default again here.

Minimizing & Closing RemoteJoy4iRS
----------------------------------
RemoteJoy4iRS will always be in window foreground which may cause issues
with some applications. If you need to do something else with your PC while
running RemoteJoy4iRS then please click on the little iPhone "ear piece"
above the View Modes to minimize the application to the tray from where you
can restore it again at any time.

Likewise, you can exit iR Shell by clicking on the little square on the
bottom of the iPhone.

Choosing a different joystick map file
--------------------------------------
In order to load your own Joystick map files please right-click on the
2nd Joypad icon and choose the appropriate entry for the joystick whose
map file you would like to load. Please refer to the iR Shell USer Guide
and unofficial forums for help on how to create your own Joystick maps.

Customizing RemoteJoy4iRS
-------------------------
You can replace all images and text colors with your own settings if you
wish. Simply right-click on any image to change it. Some buttons use
multiple images. By clicking on the iPhone background image you can also
set the colour of the text labels and status LED lights. You will also
find an option to reset all images and colours back to default there.
