"IrDA Games" is a homebrew for the psp system which allows to play you games with an interactive and groundbreaking game-controlling with help of the ir-port of the psp which reminds the Wii-game-controlling. IrDA Games v0.7 includes 8 different games which allow you to feel Wii on the PSP.
Just a few game examples:
IrDA Wars: This game is a multiplayer-game. You have to trie to shoot an IR-Signal at the IR-Port of the opponent's psp and care that your IR-Port wont receive any signals from your opponent. If it happens, you'll loose some life points. If you haven't any lifepoints anymore, you'll loose the game. You can choose different weapons which causes different damages on the opponent's life points.
Big Bang: This game is a single-player game. You are a space pilot and you have to try to fly trough different obstacles. If you press any key on any ir-remote(It must point at the ir-port of the psp), the ship will go up, if you loose the key, then the ship will go down.
IrDA Games v0.7 contains 8 games (5 Singeplayer(Remotefun, Big Bang, Mr. Bucket, iR Bowling, iR Pong)- and 3 Multiplayer games(IrDA Wars, IrDA Soccer, iR Pong)) and here's the changelog:

IrDA Wars

IrDA Soccer
This game is also a multiplayer-game. In this game is one the rusher, the other the keeper. The rusher can shoot with his PSP or with any IR-Remote. The keeper tries to catch IR-Signal the rusher had "shoot". If the keeper has received and "catched" the "IR-Ball", he'll get a point.

Remotefun
This is a singleplayer-game. You play it with a IR-Remote(anyone will do). You have to try to react in time, when a psp is blitted on the screen. If you press a button on the remote, and the psp is blitted yet, you'll get a point. Tip: Try to position your psp so that the remote "looks" at your PSP IR-Port.

Big Bang
Here you have to try to navigate a spaceship through a galaxy and take care that it wont collapse with any meteors, planets and so on. If it happens, you'll lost life points and if you haven't got any anymore, you'll lost the game. The game has also a level system: With every level, the game becomes faster and difficulter. You have also to take care that you've enough enegry(NRG), anotherway your spaceship will sink immediately. You'll charge your energy automaticly when the ship sinks down.

Mr. Bucket
In this game you have to try to catch items with a bucket. You have to take care that you're not loosing too many items, because then you're also loosing your points. In this game it's impossible to loose, you quit it, if you don't want play it anymore(Then your Highscore will be saved). There are also different difficulty Levels which you can choose at any time.

iR Bowling
In this singleplayer game you have to choose the position of the bowling ball first, then its power an then its angle. If you've choose the ideal values, you'll hit the bowls. This game has many levels, which have different skills.

iR Pong
This game you can play alone or with your friends. When you're playing alone, then it's like the classic pong(you cann choose between ir-remote and d-pad controlling in the singleplayer mode). When you're playing multiplayer, the ball flies from one psp to the other and the players have to try to keep the ball in the opponents psp, because the ball becomes faster and faster and if you've loosed all of your balls, you'll loose the game. This games contains also different levels.

Change Settings
The optionsfile "Options.txt" is placed in the ROOT folder of IrDA Games, "IrDAGamesV0.7X". Open this file to change settings(All descriptions and so on are placed in this settings file).
Listen to music
Copy your favorite song into the ROOT folder of IrDA Games, "IrDAGamesV0.7X" and name it to "music.mp3". Make sure that this feature is enabled in the optionsfile "Options.txt".
Create and set themes
I'm going to write a whole tutorial about creating IrDA Games themes. But how to install 'em, I can tell you now: Copy your favorite theme to "PSP/GAME(150)/IrDAGamesV0.7X/Themes". If you want use this theme, write the name of the folder, in which your theme is placed to the optionsfile "Options.txt". Today(07/09/2007) there's only 1 theme for IrDA Games. Other themes you can find at my homepage http://www.rabbitcoder.de which will be released in the next time.
