-------------
WHAT YOU NEED
-------------

1. A decrypted topmenu_plugin.rco for 3.0x. I'm assuming you have one or you wouldn't be reading this. :)

2. Visual Basic 6 Runtime Library. Get it here or from Microsoft.

	MY SERVER http://fast.filespace.org/dark420bishop/VB6_Runtime_Library.exe
	MICROSOFT http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=7b9ba261-7a9c-43e7-9117-f673077ffb3c&DisplayLang=en

------------
INSTRUCTIONS
------------

1. Select your topmenu_plugin.rco.

2. Hit the Extact button.

3. The icons will appear as 1.bmp through 6.bmp in the program directory.

---------------
TROUBLESHOOTING
---------------

*. Note: this program only works on standard 3.0x topmenu_plugins, meaning if the person or program who made the topmenu_plugin.rco changed the pointers, the icons will be in different places and when extracted will look jumbled.

1. First thing to try if you are having problems is move your topmenu_plugin.rco to a simple directory path, by this I mean something like "C:\PSTME".

2. If you still experience problems try running in Slow mode by checking the Slow checkbox on the left. If that doesn't help, you can try checking the Stop checkbox instead. These give your computer extra time to wait for the dos programs to finish, as they are the source of all the remaining compatibility issues.

3. If for some reason you should still have problems, please contact me through QJ forums or the IRC channel in irc://IRC.Toc2Rta.com/PSP and I will do my best to help solve your issues. :)
