On the main menu, go into the options menu and then on the "Special" and finally in the cheats to enter one of the following codes:
FILLMEUP Sling infinite
MYHERO All movements
NERGETS Health Unlimited
POPPYCORN All movies
WARPULON Unblock all levels
Once you have completed the game with 100%, and as you start a new game by entering the name FLUDWEAR in the menu of cheats codes, then you unlock the selection of levels.
