if anyone can start making a instruction guide for each emulator that would be GREAT! make sure you put ur name on it for credit!

uo_SNES9x Guide by JustinWoodypond

--Basics--

1. Place all roms in the ROMS folder

2. Make sure all roms have .smc extensions (THEY WILL NOT RUN OTHERWISE!!!)

--While Game Is Running--

* LEFT on the ANALOG will bring up your emulator menu.

* UP on the ANALOG will increase the frameskip feature (To aid with lagging framerate issues)

* DOWN on the ANALOG will decrease the frameskip.

* RIGHT on the ANALOG will turn sound OFF/ON.

--SAVING/LOADING GAMES--

This emulator has the luxury of saving game progress whenever you want. Each game is allowed 4 slots of saving.

To save, simply press LEFT on the ANALOG and scroll to where it says STATE SAVE and press circle. Loading is the same thing, just scroll to STATE LOAD and press circle and your right back where you saved.

I just went crazy on uo_SNES9x for awhile in monospace README form.
  Code:
uo_SNES9x - Snes9x for PSP Ver0.03a
Written by Tanner. Expanded by anyone who feels like it.

---Basic Installation---

1. Copy both folders (listed below) to the [Game] folder on
   your PSP.

   [SNES1p~1%]
   [SNES1pspbrewiscoolyoushouldvisitustoday1]

2. (If there is not one already) Create a folder named
   'Roms' in the folder
   [SNES1pspbrewiscoolyoushouldvisitustoday1]

3. Copy the roms you want into the folder [Roms].

---What it should look like---

[PSP]
>[GAME]
   >[SNES1p~1%]
   >[SNES1pspbrewiscoolyoushouldvisitustoday1]
     >[Roms]
       >myRom.smc

---Loading a Rom---

Once you have started uo_SNES9x you will see a listing of
folders on the PSP.

To load your rom;

1. Select the option titled "ROMS/"
(Note: The darker item is the current selection.)

2. Press the Circle button to open that folder.

3. Select your rom from the listing.

4. Press the Circle button to load the rom.
(Note: This may take 2-3 seconds before anything happens.)

---Controls---

The controls for uo_SNES are set up just like a SNES
controller. Here is the breakdown.

A - Circle
B - X
X - Triangle
Y - Square
L - L
R - R

The Analog Stick is used to control the Emulator itself.

Up    - Increase Frameskip
Down  - Decrease Frameskip
Left  - Options Menu
Right - Toggle Sound (on/off)

---The Options Menu---

Here are descriptions of each item in the Options Menu
which is accessed by pushing LEFT on the Analog Stick.

[SRAM Save]        : This saves the "saved game data" to
                   | the Memory Stick.

[Save Slot]        : This Chooses between 5 (0,1,2,3,4)
                   | save slots available for game freezes.

[State Save]       : This freezes the game and saves to the
                   | selected Save Slot.

[State Load]       : This unfreezes the game loaded from
                   | the selected Save Slot.

[State Delete]     : This empties a Save Slot of its data.

[Save Thumbnail]   : This saves a screenshot to be
                   | associated with a save slot.

[FrameSkip]        : The amount of frames to skip in order
                   | to run faster.

[Screen Size]      : Determines the size and shape of the
                   | emulator screen. Normal is small and
                   | has correct proportions, while Full
                   | fills the screen but is streched and
                   | may slow performance.

[Show FPS]         : This displays the current FPS (Frames
                   | Per Second) being emulated.

[Vsync]            : Turns Vsync on or off.
                   | ## SOMEONE PLEASE DESCRIBE VSYNC ##

[Sound]            : Turns sound on or off.
                   | Can increase speed by turning off.

[Transparency]     : Wether or not to allow transparency
                   | effects. While they slow the game
                   | down, some games are unplayable with
                   | transparency disabled.

[Swap A<->D pad]   : Switches controls associated with the
                   | Directional Pad and the Analog Stick.

[PSP Clock]        : Initially set on 222MHz it can be
                   | raised to increase speed, but may
                   | shorten battery life.

[ROM Selector]     : Returns to the ROM Selector.

[Reset]            : Equivalent to pressing "Reset" on an
                   | SNES.

[Exit to PSP Menu] : Should be fairly obvious.

[Continue]         : Go back to game.

Whether or not this is what you were asking for I don't know. If it is I hope someone else improves on it, If its not let it be an example of what not to spend 30 minutes doing.
