I think I know the answer but I thougth Id ask just to be safe. If I want to delete an item from the Homebrew Channel, say "Bubble Dizzy" all I have to do is delete it from the "APPS" folder right? Same for the Snes9x if its working fine with Snes9xGX right? they arent linked or anything?

Your exactely right, its as simple as that

. Simply delete it from the APPS folder and it will no longer show up in the Homebrew Channel.
