Foreign wii channels on an American wii

How would I get foreign wii channels (news, shop, etc.) on my American wii? I haven't been able to find a way to do this anywhere i've looked. Thanks in advance.

B. Your Wii starts getting messed up when you install stuff from other regions

A. I wanted to have access to the channels in more languages than just English, Spanish, and French and maybe to some that are country specific.
B. If theres a high probability of my wii messing up then I don't want to do it, but I would still like to know for my own knowledge.
