Maybe your roms are in different formats, or not valid.

Try using them on a PC emulator and seeing if they work. This check won't guarantee it will work on your Wii, but if they're not working on PC either you've got a good chance the roms don't work.

i just got mine from here. don't know what's up i can't get any neo geo emulator to work. the one you speak of right now loads and gives me the HOME option to restart the console / exit and 1 or 2 to load rom and then errors w/ some code on the screen and does nothing. i was wondering if any neo geo emulator works with the home brew channel. i've found three and they don't work at all.
