Home brew channel installation problems.. AddTicket failed!

I have wii system version 3.3U
im getting an error
installing ticket...
ES_AddTicket failed: -2011
installation failed!

Do you have any other things installed like cIOS?

I'll take that as a no as you kinda have to know what it is to use it.
Like I tell other people, start fresh. Redownload the homebrew channel and twilight hack files from the source, which i believe is hbc.hackmii.com

it still didn't work.
my brother has the same version wii as mii
and i still get this error...
