Wii Backup Launcher...how

I am reading about back up launcher but no idea what to download and then the big part, getting into onto a SD card correctly and onto my Wii. I have version 4.2, I used bannerbomb, reply with an answer please! The tutorials didn't help, I read about 25 of them.
