wiitcpload???

im trying to use the tcpload and when i try to send out it asks for hostname. which is my i.p. address
then the file name .which is the file i wanna send. then it asking the protocol and thats where i wanna send it to.
when i do this it states "connection timed out" do i need to have a app on my sd card or anything any help would
be nice. Thanks
