I think my wiimote is busted

I think my wiimote is busted when i try it as player 1 it is glitchy and keeps bouncing around the screen. When it is player 2 it works for not even a minute and then it just keeps blinking all player lights at the bottom. I have changed the batteries on it, nothings better. I tried syncing it a few times still nothing. What should i do??? Its not a seperate wiimote that i bought its the one that came with the system. What do i have to do to get a new one?

call up nintendo and they should guide you through the whole thing, you might have to resynch some
other way cause that what happen when I couldnt get my Wii mote to move on the screen.
