Nintendo is working a prototype like the title says called wii weights:
The point of these is going to be able to get a better work out when playing somethin such as wii sports

wen i was moveing i found some ankle wieghts (5 pounds each) and wen i was all done i fell asleep w/ them off. wen i took them off it felt so easy to walk. i think thats a good idea. its an excersise game; like dance dance revoulution.
