can i use backup launcher online and use my backed up games......

Probably... backup launcher only starts the games.... after that all the data comes from the disc.

Yes, so far every backup I have tried online works flawlessly.

i think u should try from google. If u are interested to save in physical devices then
u have to use r4 gold karte which is supporting multiple files as well as multiple languages.
So, u should try for it.
