Need help downloading Updates !!!

When i try to download updates for games i only got this message :

Connected to: xxx.xxx.x.xx
Switching to Directory dev_hdd0/vsh/task
Disconnected
Unhandled Error. If major please report on Brewology.com forums with exactly how you got it. Unimplemented or invalid command
Finished Downloading Brew. Many more features to come... Go hang out on our forums and keep checking back for updates!

and the update is still in queued mode.

I started ftp on my ps3, it works cause i can connect to it via Filezilla.

So what's wrong ??? thanks

Curious what game are u getting updates for?
What payload?
What FTP program?
What manager?
also why not just have ur ps3 pluged into your network and have it dl from online sony wont force update to 3.50

So i tried to download updates for Castlevania Us version, as well as Fallout New Vegas Us version, and i also tried to download the latest version of ftp server.

I don't know the payload version, how can i find it ?

I'm using FTP Server V1.1b.

For the last question, i wasn't aware that it could be done so easely, i'll try tonight.

no problem yea just plug ur ps3 into the internet and boot the game it will prompt the updates

Tried with BlackBox FTP V1.2 and no changes, nothing is downloaded, but i have no more error message, only :

"Trying to Connect to: XXX.XXX.X.XX
Connected to: XXX.XXX.X.XX

Then nothing more, no downloading progress.

ps: it's just to help, cause only by launching the games the update is loading, thanks for the previews info.

do you have a firewall on by chance? try turning that off maybe...

man just connect ps3 to internet and then start game and accept the updates it will work no need to put lipstick on a pig

try going to http://store.brewology.com and getting the update from there.

Thanks for the link, and yes i do not want because of jailbreak, but i've done it just to see.

Probleme with Fallout Vegas, the updates download well but can't be installed ( can't remeber the error message right now ) and so now i can't play my game, am very happy

the brewology store (not sony obviously) should have the updates. you should be able to install those... you try that?

Ok, tried the downloaded update on the brewology live, worked perfectly thanks for the job you're doing.
