Well my friends next door dad just got his PS3 today and one of the games he got were Warhawk,
Smackdown Vs Raw 08, Motorstorm and Kane and Lynch Dead Men. So far we played Warhawk and Smackdown Vs Raw 08 and I got to say its truly amazing, everything about on there is just what I enjoy. He was able to show me he could get on youtube and show loads of his content.

Hopefully we can play Kane and Lynch tomorrow because his Dad said he can't play it until its open. But yeah, this console
is definitely going on my christmas list.

Same happened to me when I played my friends PS3. I played Assassin's Creed and Motorstorm, it was great. I really want one now.

My friend has Warhawk too, its suppose to be pretty sweet. And Smackdown vs Raw, those wrestling games are always fun.. but i haven't played one since my N64 with No Mercy. But I just upgraded my psp to 3.52-4 so now I can play it on my psp.

i went somewhere and there was a PSP truck so i went in and played the F1 game, and dam the gfx were awesome,btw this was months ago, mybe bout a yr

Crap, when I told my mom I wanted a PS3 instead of a 360, she said it was probably too late because my dad had ordered
the 360. Oh well, I hope she could convince him to get the PS3 instead.

Dang... well, I think it would be stupid if you complained about getting a 360 instead of a PS3... lol, however, I'd be a LITTLE bummed if you truly want one instead of the other. I've only played Motorstorm on the PS3. Load times were terrible, and the game was a little clunky. Overall, I'd say the game was quite abysmal, but on the bright side, it looked nice and I'm letting it slide because it is a "launch game" and all systems have certain "launch games" that just ... suck.

It was the full version, but it obviously had it's flaws.

I played warhawk when it first came out on my neighbors ps3, and I have to say that game sucked. At least to me, I thought it was really boring and just sucked. The people looked like the humans out of some old star wars game, mixed with some big ol' round tanks from COD1, and the same 4 different aircrafts you use, and I couldn't even figure out how to pickup the little powerup things that float in the sky. Overall I wouldn't buy it, or rent it, or download it for that much. Motorstorm was OK. It had some good graphics and fun the first couple of times I played it but then it got real boring and I did notice the flaws after a few times pretty easy.

Yeah, when it comes to Warhawk, you get a little rusty. I couldn't figure how to control the aircraft and my friend
kept luring me in to his bombs lol.

i dont like the ps3 the gfx ant all that good and the games are boring (most of them)

The gfx are the exact same as the 360 ones as the games where ported over, and the games that weren't ported over have better gfx. And a lot of the games have been ported over from the 360 to ps3 so i guess most of the 360 games are boring too huh? :wink:

@ slick... you can do the same thing with your videos on 360. I know for halo, everytime i play online its automatically recorded so i can watch all the matches i've played. Then if i want it on my computer all i have to do is stream it. You can share them with whoever you have on your xbox live friends list as well. You can also stream videos, pictures and music from your computer to your 360 as well.

@gman... the gfx on ps3 are the same as 360 cause the games are ported from 360 to the ps3. Not too many people have taken on the task of developing solely for the ps3, but when they do ps3 will come out on top for graphics.

I still think that 360 is the better system to go with until sony finally decides to get their online gaming, and online marketplace up to par.

Just for clarification, as there seems to be a little confusion, the PS3 has more advanced graphics hardware, which means it is capable of more advanced graphics than the xbox 360. Right now though, most of the graphics between the two systems is identical because of games being ported from one to the other.

i dont like the 369 gfx 2 ant dat good and the 360 games are boring look at halo 3 it was boring and short and 2 EZ
