PS3 Netflix Revamped Today! No Disc Required + Other Goodies

Looks like Netflix has been updated for the PS3 to include some cool new stuff like video streaming at 1080p, subtitles, and include 5.1 surround sound.
"Over time," some of these new features will be included into other consoles, but the best feature that has now been added to the PS3 is that Netflix no longer requires a disc!

Thats pretty awesome. I always made fun of some of my friends for there crappy netflix disc and app they had on the ps3. This actually looks pretty solid

Yeah it is awesome, I used Netflix on the PS3 to watch a few TV series, it's so convenient. Now I gotta find another show to watch with the new updates haha.

How are you getting the Netflix App working? When I open it, the system prompts me to update to 3.42. I actually had to dust off my Wii and use it and its awesome 480p capabilities to watch Netflix movies (so you know I'm desperate!) Any help would be greatly appreciated.

yah it is forcing an update currently. If you dont want to update wait a bit. Hopefully someone will come up with something.

Originally we bought the Playstation to play games, but then we stopped playing games because they were so expensive. We started watching Netflix and other services like Disney +, Amazon video. So there you go.

Judging by the comments about Netflix 1.41 on Reddit, this version does not require logging into your PSN account. However, there are comments about how it works on FW 5.05, note that PKG requires FW 6.72.

Now it's easy to use Netflix service just by downloading the application to the playstation, before you needed a special disk.

Well, you have to admit that buying a powerful PSP gaming console to watch Netflix videos is kind of expensive.

I'll tell you this: Netflix has now made access much easier. It's very pleasant to work with. It's a pleasure to watch.

Netflix is looking for talent in other countries. The most famous are "Darkness" in Germany, "Suburra" in Italy, and "Quicksand" in Sweden.

Watch the 2021 movies Justice League, Zack Snyder, Dune, Raya and the Last Dragon, Spider-Man: No Way Home. I liked them.

Did you know that Netflix was initially engaged exclusively in the rental of DVD movies, the number of orders reached 100 thousand. Later Netflix created the Cinematch recommendation system. Then a DVD movie streaming system was created, after which a new online movie theater platform was launched.

One of the main features of Netflix is its huge database of series. You don't have to wait for every new episode - you get the whole season at once.
Netflix provides a huge collection of series in select quality. There are no pirated copies, "telescreens," or TV shows.
