Hi. I would like to know a little bit more about email system documentation. Has anyone already used this system in your business? What are the benefits?

We still spend a large portion of our day reading, sending and receiving emails. That's a lot of communicating throughout the day to those within and outside of an organization. And emails system documentation will help you do it effortlessly.
