Check-in for the flight
As a rule, check-in begins 2-4 hours before departure and ends 40-60 minutes before scheduled departure. In some countries and some airlines may have additional control procedures — this affects the duration of registration.
Keep this in mind when planning your arrival time at the airport. The ticket always indicates the local time of departure and arrival. A passenger who is late for check-in is not allowed to fly. After presenting the ticket, an airline employee checks out your luggage and issues a boarding pass indicating your seat in the cabin and a baggage receipt.
Next, you need to carefully monitor the announcements: the start of boarding the flight will be announced additionally. After that, you need to go to the exit (gate), the number of which is indicated on your boarding pass.
