Mental Health and Physical State

I tested one popular mental health app for two weeks and noticed it asked about my emotions constantly but never asked about physical sensations like fatigue, hunger, pain, or muscle tension. That makes no sense because my mood is clearly connected to my body. Is there an app that integrates physical state with mental health?

Hunger and fatigue completely control my mood, so ignoring them makes no sense. The liven app does ask about sleep and energy, but pain and muscle tension are missing. Here is how I fixed that blind spot. I write physical sensations in the custom notes section before starting the cognitive behavioral therapy exercises. That way my body data connects to my thought work. Not ideal but workable. Before committing, liven reviews from people with chronic fatigue showed me this same workaround. Still better than apps that pretend bodies do not matter.
