Update Chrome Flash to 10.2

Flash 10.2 has recently been released providing a far better user experience to Flash users, knocking down the CPU resources with some reports saying it dropped their CPU use from 50-80% to 5-15%. A worthwhile upgrade indeed! Sadly, Chrome uses a dedicated, preinstalled Flash player unable to be easily upgraded with the usual download and install method. Some reports state disabling the currently installed flash and installing the 10.2 update works, while others (such as myself) have had trouble with that. This is a surefire way to upgrade Chrome's Flash Player to 10.2!
How to-Install the Flash 10.2 Beta on Chrome (32 Bit Windows...)-
Download and Install the Flash 10.2 player for Other Browsers from this link.
Next, locate the file NPSWF32.dll in C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash
Copy it.
Go to C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\CurrentBuildNumber and find the file GCSWF32.dll
Rename it to GCSWF321.dll (for safekeeping)
Paste the NPSWF32.dll file here and rename it to GCSWF32.dll
There you go, you updated Chromes Internal Flash to 10.2
To make sure you have it working correctly go to about:plugins and find flash and look at its details.
