Your iPhone Is Tracking You!

So, reports have shown that iPhones updated to 4.0 and later have a feature that tracks where you are at all times, even if you turn off the GPS feature and is stored onto your computer whenever you sync your iPhone or iPod touch up to your computer. This even is on the iPad, too! Why would Apple do this? What purpose does this serve? Well, they haven't said anything about it, yet. They've kept quiet. Al Franke, a senator, and Ed Markey, a representative, want answers from Apple as to why they do this.
I think it's against our privacy rights. No one knew of this and no one knows what happens to the data.

You do know Google is in the same lawsuit don't you? Android tracks you as well, they just let you agree/deny the access.

Oh, yeah, agreeing or denying access is what Apple says that they do, but they had a file that was found that proved them wrong. People have access to every file on Android... They would know if there is a file that stores all that.
And this isn't even the reason I don't want an Apple product ever again. I thought that maybe they actually did something right, but my phone dies in just 40 minutes of use.

If your expecting better battery life on Android....bahahahahahahahahah. The OS isnt optimized for every device like Apple does.
