Here's the stimpulations:
Size must be 400x150
Theme is Mega-Man
Due date is when both graphics are in
Colour theme can be anything
Must contain a boarder (optional)
first to 5 votes win. (No bribes..haha!)
Voting for yourself is not allowed.

there both really good its just that i dont like dans( i think thats his name forgive me if its not but any ways) becuase of the whole versus thing but i cant do any better but by personal preference i chose pspportables

PSPortableV2: Yours is good, I think one of your best, but the only let down is, the font and effects, the oclour, background, cuts are pretty smooth and nicely done, good job.
Danopoly: I don't like this at all man, it, to be honest, looks really cheesy and cheap, I ment the font needs loads of work, font and effects suck out loud, sorry to come on you like this though.
PSPortableV2: 7.8/10
Danopoly: 3/10

ahhhh, so you like Protoman too huh? that guy can kick megaman's @ss anytime! Plus i made this pic 2 days ago, but never got to finish it cause i didnt save the photoshop file......
So this JPEG is all i have. I didnt get to finish the effects on the big protoman... But anyways, heres the pic.
