How do u do the scanline???

Posted: Tue Mar 21, 2006 9:27 pmok you have to make a new image with a transparent background 3x3 and using the pencil tool make a diagonal line then save it as a new pattern and click the layer that u want and go to layer>fill pattern>pattern and select the pattern that u made.

Posted: Sat Apr 08, 2006 11:30 amOpen a new file 3X3 make sure its tranparent then use the pencil tool
once you got three diagonal dots you do edit> define pattern
once you got that do your siggah
use the FILL. at the top it has foreground and pattern pick pattern
then fill it like you do it in paint lol
then rub some of the diagonal lines out on the render
finally set it too soft mode zoom it to 100% to see the result
