Umm, I could easily do that with game maker lol, its not just a game maker that makes games, it can also make some cool animations.
Questions:
Which Super Mario Brothers? (I could do that all stars version of the first one)
And also, would you like super mairo brothers background? Or a abstract one?

thats as fast as it can go, the frames are set to 0.0 enbetween each frame so thats full speed.
