Hello all; Just a short note to say hi to all. All I want is a system that'll do it all, and I just about got that. My PSP is 2 years old and never been downgraded yet, version 2.82 now. It would be so cool to see Mario on this PSP. So point me to the right page and we'll see how I do.

welcome man I'm the one who can help you the most on this, in order to have a PSP that can "do it all" you have to have version 1.50 or a custom version (also called custom firmware or commonly a CFW)

In order to get a CFW you have to downgrade to 1.50

to do this look at this guide ONLY IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER PSP WITH VERSION 1.50 OR A CFW:

there is also a few more downgraders for 2.82+ until u get past 3.50. U got Lumines? if so upgrade to 3.50 (NOT 3.71!!!!) and then downgrade with that. Tell us what games u have and one of those might help.

I didn't read nothing here but your post, so you could always use either the GTA:LCS exploit or Lumines Exploit. Either one works. GTA exploit is for 3.03 and lumines is for 3.50. Or pandora will work too.
