It seems like you're handling the PSP very well so far How do you like those games? I feel like less of a PSP player for not playing God of War and Patapon. People are saying those games are great, GOW in particular. If you need help with anything though, ask in our help section. Also, please don't forget to read the rules.

And by the way, I'm one of the forum administrators here. There's several mods and two other administrators on our network. I'm sure you'll fit right in.

Thanks, but actually i haven't done anything with my PSP though...it was like this when i bought it. I haven't downgrade or upgrade it.
Still confused on how to brew my PSP.
I have done my research and I already read all the forums but still can't figure out.
Like, how to play an EBOOT file. (doh)

If I may, how did you get this PSP? Did someone sell it to you? Just curious?

well i bought it from a store in the mall but it was not a SONY store.
and i check it for myself using an USB connection. it already has an ISO folder in it. the seller said that the game is already installed in the memory stick. so i can play without using a UMD.

the problem is. i dont know whether my firmware is being updated or not. as i follow the tutorial on this site. my guess is that my firmware is already being updated. but it's just a guess. i dont know for sure.

on your psp turn it off completely, then hold the right shoulder button while you turn it on but keep it pressed while its loading. If you see an odd menu you've never seen before, then leave your Firmware alone your all set to run homebrew. If not then you need to downgrade.

homebrew goes in: ms0:/psp/game/example/eboot.pbp
