Notice and name the feelings you have about the situation. Accept your feelings — it's understandable to feel the way you feel, given your situation.

Re: how do you deal with stressful situations?

Some ways of dealing with stress to consider are mindfulness or meditation, getting rid of interruptions or distractions, prioritizing and balancing your work, and using stress as a motivator, among others.

Re: how do you deal with stressful situations?

Mindfulness practices, meditation, eliminating interruptions, setting priorities, striking a work-life balance, and viewing stress as a driving force are just some of the stress-reduction strategies that can be considered. mini crossword

Re: how do you deal with stressful situations?

I have a lot of them. Now I am exploring LifeQuality TMS in New York for TMS treatment options for my ongoing battle with depression. Has anyone experienced their services? I'm particularly interested in understanding the treatment's impact on daily life and any long-term benefits.
