hi evry1.ive just joined and i just want to say hi and does any1 have a 3.11 downgrader.will it still work if i have a white psp.

Hi, welcome, buenos noches tardes dias nacho salsa. And no, no one has made a 3.11 downgrader. You can only downgrade 3.03 and below.
