Is there a way to convert a psx savefile to work from a Pal version to a Ntsc version?

Things you need:
-CWcheat activated

-MemoryConverter (direct link to download: http://www.geocities.com/aldo.vargas/tools/memoryconverter.zip)
---website link(so many links. a bit confusing): http://www.geocities.com/aldo.vargas/tools/memcards.html

-PSXGameEdit http://moberg-dybdal.dk/psxge/

Instructions:
-Pull out the memory card save file from PSP. (should be in .mcr format) (look online for how to do this)
---look at the top of image. GAME ID is very important. ex: GAME: FFT ID: SLPS_00770

-Open file in PSXGameEdit and click on the US flag or European flag on tool bar.

-When finished, save file as a .gme file. PSXGameEdit can open .mcr format but can't save backinto it.
-Now open MemoryConverter and save it back into the .mcr format.

-return save file where you got it from in CWcheat and load it back into the game.

IMPORTANT!!
When pulling files with CWcheat, you have to name your memory card into the game's game ID or it will NOT read it when loading memory card back. If actual game ID is SCES-10867 then save the memory card as SCES_10867-0.mcr. When converting to new region on new PSX game disk name it as such. PSX game is SCUS-94164 then save the SCES_10867-0.mcr to SCUS_94164-0.mcr.

I've added both of your tutorials to our "Master Tutorial List" where we compile a list to database all of our PSP tutorials. I hope this is ok with you and thank you for your generous contribution to our site. Welcome to the forums!
