As of now yes but only some.
Super Smash Bros.
Super Mario 64
Fox 64
Zelda 64
theres more but marvel and capcom certainly don't work yet sorry.
Get daedalus.

Liek pspruler said, its the best working emulator (better than the Capcom Emulator too) but only few games are playable.
Either you can use the slow Capcom Emulator, or wait for some games to come out for Daedalus (both N64 Emulators)
