Brewology

Hey well my school is really screwed up they are so scared we are going to screw up the computers and lock the control panel, right click on desktop to get to the background/theme etc and they have the windows classic theme set up because my eyes suck I need the windows xp theme and know how to do it but can't anymore because they locked everything an was wondering if there was a way using command prompt or run.exe etc.

If anybody could help me please do.

Kay. Is there anyway to do it through command prompt or run.exe?
