Crisis Core

Ok so I'm playing FF Crisis Core, and I kinda have mixed feelings about it. The story is pretty good, but the combat is just bizarre. I don't understand some of the aspects of the combat like the little rulette thing that picks people that you have in the dwv or whatever. But overall I like it and will probably end up finishing it.

What are your opinions if you've beaten it?

I would have gotten you that gamesave but I saved over it :(. I've been playing Crisis Core steadily the past couple of weeks and I am at the lifestream thing after the whole incident in Nibelheim and the reactor and Cloud stabbing Sephiroth.

I'm hooked to the story, the battle system is neat but I wish you could use the summons/limit breakers at will. However how it is set up now lets you have limit breakers and summons at a much cheaper price and faster pace.

So far what I've noticed, the leveling up of your character is not random, but the leveling up of materia I think is random.
You know the SP (Soldier Points)? it takes 10 of those to spin the roulette each time. So Basically if you have 1000000000000 Soldier Points, it is useless? Since you only need enough to spin the wheel a good amount of times but each battle gives you a crap load. I got 100,000 soldier points from one of the missions - kill 1000 soldiers. It is a waste I guess.

The summons, limits are all random - sometimes you get them, sometimes you don't. The pictures/videos are just memories that help you complete the limit break.

It is weird but it works.

Ok I can upload my gamesave for you, I am not far passed that. When Cloud is passed out you take him to Gongaga (Zak's hometown) and Midgar to see Aerith and then you go into the lifestream. Thats where I'm at.

-later.

well I finished the game. I loved it, I would encourage anyone to play it. I had to use PSPstates towards the end though because I got tired of dying and having to watch the cutscenes again lol.

Yea I loved it, the credits were too long though :P. The cut scenes were great especially the very end where Cloud gets the sword and he is all like "I Am Cloud - first class soldier"

It would be epic if they remade FF7, they have too.

hey guys i never got to finish the game, i got to depths of judgement, but got stuck there and had to return the game.
So what happens in the story?
like in there any youtube stuff that follow the story because i just saw the ending and it really made me want to know what happened that lead up to the ending.

Also, i just LOVED the story. I cared about the characters and it was just great. Combat was fine, better then the turn based crap, but the story was what kept me going.

LOL the depths of Judgment is like the last part. I looked up the IGN guide and turns out all you have to do is find like 7 treasure chests, its super easy.

The ending is pretty awesome dude, I would advise trying to finish.

Download my save! I am just passed the depths of judgement and all you gotta do is walk to the pedestal and place some materia on it.
Then you fight some monster then you fight your last boss battles and you finish the game.
