technecly not true... they could always divide the psp screen in half and make 2 screens... but the only downfall i see is the touchscreen

its possible to swap hardware and put DS hardware in a psp case. I have a pda touch screen LCD that is just about the same size as a psp's screen. But its not worth to swap hardware cause theres a difference in speed, graphics, resolution and the second lcd screen.

i wouldnt mind trying that because i have a psp that has a broken screen and sony want a 125 to fix it. How does the pda screen cost?

you should have warrenty with your psp, sony will fix it for free. I wouldnt recommend a PDA screen. Cause pda LCD's are more than 125 thats for sure. And they only have 16,000+ colours. While psp screens have 1,000,000+ colours. Also, psp screens are slighly larger than pda screens by 0.5cm. If i were u, id send it to sony. Or you can ebay for a screen and attach it to your psp yourself.

or i always see broken psps go on ebay for 165+ just for the parts, and with that, you can almost buy yourself a new psp, or a used one...

well, i dont think that it could happen, because sony won't make one, and i don't think that any other company is planning to either....

plus even if you could hook it up the ds emulator to reckonize it as a screen throgh the usb port.
