Just got a 2001 - Need Suggestions

Oh? Like I said before, this to me is just a recent problem, we never had it back in OE days. Enlighten me please crait.

*EDIT* Update: I just installed 5.50 GEN-D2, because I was saddened at the lack of multiplayer that Sony gives M33. Installing it hurt every second.

I miss my old M33 firmware but sadly times they are changing so i have Gen-D3 installed with PSNLover and it works ok i guess, can't really complain too much

It isn't that, Sony doesn't let you sign into PSN unless you are yup to date, and 5.50 GEN-D2 has PSNlover (as Cypherous said). Which lets me play online games, and use the PS store.

I remember when it cam out, you couldn't even connect to the internet through games (you can ask airplanes as well)...

Well i played phantasy star portable 2 with my brother quite easily we had 3 people using D3 without any issues

I'll stay on GEN D-2 for now, I have no need to upgrade for what I use my psp for.

But M33 is so old, is there an add-on to let you play games that require a higher firmware?
