on the pc it was as easy as to go into the radio stations folder and put your own files in a station called mp3 player. If this is possible on the PSP and someone's withholding info then i guess ill just have to beat it outta you GTA style

You don't need the disc. I can't remember the program that I used specifically, but I gave a good explanation here:::
