Upgrades on new psp's?

Does anyone know if the new PSP's that are shipped out will already have the new upgrades on it?

yeah some will some won't.
When you buy your PSP look for the side panel where it displays the model number and such and look for this coding.

anyway for those who want a 1.50 PSP, just look at the side panel and you'll be wanting a letter A

what if someone wants 1.51..or is there such thing?? im just wondering..cuz a friend wants one thats like....1.51..or the newest one.

Why would he want a 1.51?

I don't know...he claims that its better than 1.50 and wants to be at a higher software than me...like my friend wants to top me at eerything...but i was like..whatever....haha..loser...so thats why he wants one tahts 1.51
