if you go for a white psp right now, then you should get a 2.0. But if you go for a white psp after the regular ceramic white psp value pack comes out, then i can garuntee you that you wont get a 2.1+ firmware psp.

And the looks of a white psp looks good. But also cheap at the same time. Instead of the buttons being covered in a see-through plastic coating, the buttons are revealed and the triangle, circle, cross, square are painted on.

Wrong, if you were to get one right now anywhere, they will be 2.01. (and once they come out here, they will be 2.01+ as well)

-Umm...nothing else really, just the one I got is different region, mines a region2. Umm..yea, that about covers it...

one major thing u guys should know is this.

the white psp's screen are manufactured by SHARP of JAPAN, in JAPAN. which makes the screen on the white psp more brighter and clearer then the normal black ones which is made by a Miscellaneous company in China.

and the whole White PSP is manufactured in JAPAN which makes the White PSP to be worth more and better quality.

and as for the buttons goes, the white ones have more a strong feel to it, leaving the user feeling he/she is not going to break the button, it feels more like the PS2 buttons, which is great in my books.
