my psp bricked or broken?

ohh man today i was jus changed my theme on themepsp and when i turned of and turned it on again it would go to this blue screen with a whole bunch of words in like a lot of lanuage ..the english one said your system is corrupted press circle to go to original settings.so i did that and it jus turned of and it did the same tihng??i cant get it to go back to my menu..someone please help me

im going to double post cuz im getting privite messages and theres the pic of my psp on my sig andd every time i press circle it jus repeats

I suggest hooking your psp up to the AC and trying it.

push circle like the blue screen tells you to... lol jk,

yea i reccomend if you have a custom firmware to try and unbrick it with the recovery files

he had 2.71 SE but i dont know if he dose any more, this isnt a brick, but i have no clue what to call it

i have an idea but i doubt it will work, try letting the battery die. I have heard of ipods bricking and if the battery dies they work again

this is a demi-brick, the psp recognizes that something is wrong, but due to something happening with the delicate flash files, the recovery files are probably gone.

i already tried that custom firmware thing and the update eboot but everytime i do it it says theres no file..and i cant even go to my menu but it always does that psp start up thing

if it possible to get a bigger picture? as i see japanese in the screen but the text is too small for me to read.

you have to put a file on the mem stick for the recovery of the custome firmware then it wil work again
