well i made this tutorial a long long time ago when i was really into Making sigs, i kinda quited =]
Spelling Mistakes:

P.S on the final step where i tell you to go to layer>new adjustment layer>hue/saturation
you have to tick the COLORISE BOX aswell =] otherwise you'll get some ugly color
