[b][b]ok im a noob and i need help with irshell
i just updated my psp to cfw 3.71 M33-3 and when i use the remote with irshell i get the were is says what button does what but when i hit a button it freezes up and says a mod is not found i will reply with what the mod is exactly but if someone who knows what they are talking about can help me i will be eternally greatful

this is what it says "Failed to find mod: sceSIRCS_IrDA_Driver
is there anything i can do to fix it

try reinstalling ir shell and putting all the codes back on.

I did like 5 times and it doesnt work if it helps i have cfw 3.71 M33-3

IRShell may not be compatible with 3.71 M33 firmwares. The last I remember seeing a working build for was 3.52 I believe. That may be the core of the problem.

You are using iR Shell 3.7 right? it is 3.71 M33 compatible.

It lets you listen to your music while you play games.
Put shortcut to your homebrew programs and emulators on your psp.
has a cool Universal Remote program you can use to control different devices.
Its just basically another XMB, but in a different format.
It is pretty cool, it has easy access to devhook and you can also go into USB Mode and you don't even have to keep your screen sitting there. You can be in USB Mode and off listening to music and going into different sections on your psp.
Theres a huge configuration menu where you can change different stuff. You can activate an auto-boot plugin and have ir shell boot when you turn on your psp. And you can choose to set a password on ir shell too, so you need to enter a password in order to enter the PSP.
Theres more stuff, you will see all the different things if you get it.

SO U CAN RUN ISO OR CSO AND STILL LISTEN TO UR MUSIC AND IT RUN SMMOTHLY AND ARE THEY COMEING OUT WITH A IRSHELL THAT WORKS BETTER FOR THE NEWER CUSTOMFIRMWARE

np, I guess the latest ir shell, 3.7 doesn't have all that great support with 3.71 M33.
you can go here it is the iR Shell un-official website, the developers, beta testers, and makers of iR Shell are there. You can ask questions there and have more developed feedback about iR Shell.
BTW: Are you using a slim or phat PSP? Because I think I read a while back about the slim isn't very compatible to iR Shell, but 3.71 M33 on the phat PSP works fine. Also I think I heard that the slim doesn't have iR ports? not sure.

i got a phat psp i rather have a phat one than a slim

All the info for the operation of this program can be found in the users guide/manual that comes with the irshell download. I don't have it on hand to tell you at the moment how to fix your problem, but you should be able to find your answer in there.

so which would be the latest version if i want to install the ir shell on my psp?
