My brother, foolishly, upgraded to 3.80 for the inbuilt Radio after I had told him not to. He said "You can just downgrade with that pandora thing can't you?" and I wondered... can you downgrade 3.80 with pandora's battery?

Yeah, the Magic Memory Stick has the necessary files to downgrade to 1.50.
