I am looking for a Pandoras battery and magic stick to downgrade my psp. So far i have found some on ebay..but there a little too expensive. I have 3.71 Offical Firmware and from what i understand i need the pandoras battery and magic stick to downgrade the upgrade to a custom firmware.

Yeah. You can make the battery and stick yourself though. If you don't have access to a psp with a custom firmware already on it, then you can make a battery into a pandora's batt by modifying the battery's hardware.

If you can solder, you can just lift the leg of the IC to make it into a pandora's batt, then solder it back down after to make it into a normal battery again.

OR

If you can't solder then get an extra battery and just cut the leg with a razor blade. It will permanently be a pandora's batt.

yup

you can do that or you can install a switch to activate and deactivate the pandora mode

so if i just buy a battery and go through that TUT by makeing a perminant Pandoras battery by just poping off that pin? In turn could i copy every thing off of my MEM stick then make it into a Magic stick and then after the downgrade/ upgrade to CFW revert it back to a regualr mem stick?

yup... if by accident you buy a battery that cant be used for pandoras, then just use that battery as your regular one and hack away at your stock battery.

Now i am going to confirm this one more time. I DO NOT need a psp that has CFW in order to make a pandras battery and magic stick and it will work on my Offical firmware psp do downgrade to 1.5 then upgrade to CFW.

In the event that this is the case, can some one show me a TUT that explains how to make a Magic Stick

If you feel you can modify the battery, then yes, you can do this on your own. You can place the files on the Memory stick by using your current psp in usb mode.

Just need to skip the directions on making the battery.
