Can i replace the files on my magic memory stick with other files and try and see if the pandora's battery runs off them? And then can i put the original files back on it?]

edit:
I have a pandora's battery and a magic memory card... the pandoras battery doesn't do anything when it boots.. theres thread i made for that but no answers yet. Now, can I create another magic memory card with the one i already have and see if it works? Will it work with any pandoras battery or do i have to recreate the battery to work with the card?

I have:

3.71 slim

the memory stick you have should work with any pandora battery i think, have you put the battery in and the memory stick in and booted it up with the proper files in place?

I didn't move any of the files i just put the stick in and then the battery... it boots up and nothing happens. What files do i need to move, add, and rename?

i guess i'm a little confused by your question, what do you mean when you ask

"Can i replace the files on my magic memory stick with other files and try and see if the pandora's battery runs off them?"

if you are trying to get your psp to custom firmware, use the files from the application "Despertar del Cementerio v3 or v4", regular pandoras batterys dont work on PSP slims. You need the Despertar del cementerio because it is a variation of Pandoras battery that works on slims as well.

If you are sure you properly installed all the files, it may be an older version of the hack which did not support the slim's display.

If you believe you have produced the memory stick correctly, then try it again, but press x... even when the screen is black.
