PSP phat power problem

if not how can i fix this?

i'm not sure, it just turns off while playing even when it has around 10 or 11% battery.
it will turn on again, but it turns off soon after. I checked with a psp slim that has the same CFW as my phat and it stayed on fine with a lower charge percentage.
