Umm... I can't understand what you're asking...
Do you have 3.10 oe or regular 3.10?

I have 3.10 and I cant update. I want 3.90 and Kernel 1.50. I read somewhere that you need Kernel to play ISO on your psp and I couldn't find Kernel for 3.10.

3.10 oe has Kernel built in as far as I know.
If not you'd find it here:

You probably need an iso loader.
I'd reccomend just updating to 3.90M33 or 4.01M33

when I try to unpack 3.90 it basically says " Unpacking... Done 390.pbp doesn't exist.

Download the 3.90 update and name it "390.PBP" and stick it in the base of your memory stick.

390.PBP goes in with the updater. Not at the root.
Thats the 1.50 add-on.
Honestly, I don't think you can go straight to 3.90M33...
Go to 3.52 first.

I get an error after trying to update to 3.52 " The game could not be started (DADADADA)

Thats because 3.10 doesn't have No UMD mode.
Put in a UMD when you load your ISO.
