i downloaded a couple of different game saves for smackdown vs raw 2006 and when i move them to the memory stick it says the data is corrupt. do i have to remove my original save data for it to work?

if i have more than one different game save for a particular game, can i only have one on the memory stick at a time?

well, the game save you dled is trying to take the place of one you already have. so try removing them all, and doing just that one

Maybe your operating system is not supporting that game or any system file might not be there in your system and some virus might be there and lots more reason for that error . Once try to save in memory card so you can use one way in many phases or create different user account may be it support.

That doesn't make much sense... How would a ps not support its own file? And I don't think viruses effect the games saves or the system...

The reason it doesn't work is probably either the reason I already stated or because new firmwares and games ONLY work with the system they are created on. Stupid if you ask me.

Or it could have been the difference of region.. like the save games of Banana EU dont work with those of Banana US. get the analogy
