Hey experts of PSPbrew

I have soem questions for you. I would like to change the game boot on my psp and also change the starting boot and possibly the starting sound. I am running on a version 3.40 OE-A and I know that most op the flash modifier applications are used on 3.03 OE.
What I'm asking is some advice from people who have 3.40 OE and change their mods. Anyone know some fairly safe application that is easy to use and works safely on a version 3.40 OE that changes the gameboot sound?
Because I knwo such applications as x-flash are not made for 3.40 OE and they would brick teh psp which I don't want, also cintromod bricks it as well.

So I am asking mostly the people who have done it themselves.
Any help is appreciated, thanks.

If you change your opening sound your psx games won't work, but you can use LOLstation to fix that. Now I'm assuming you have recovery installed so when you boot up your psp hold the R trigger. Next goto advanced>toggle usb (flash0). Now plug the usb into your psp , and it should open up on your computer. Now goto
vsh-->
|--->Resource
|-----opening_plugin.rco(opening sound)
|-----01-12.bmp(your backgrounds)
|-----gameboot.pmf(your gameboot)
|-----topmenu_plugin.rco(your icons)

As always make sure you backup all your original files before changing anything.

I thought they fixed the auto-boot feature in 3.40 oe-a...in which case cintro should technically work on it.

If you have enough space on flash0 then it should let you put them on there. If it won't then you probably don't have enough space.
