Ok I had a list up here but to be honest, there's only one king and I'll have to say mine is:

"Sonic3 & Knuckles" - Mega Drive/Genesis - as a kid, once I had that Sonic & Knuckles cartridge, I was made.

If I had the luxury of owning a SNES - "Super Mario World" - would be there too, Yoshi kicked arse and the few times I played it were bliss.

The next crush is still unbeaten from the early PSX days - "Final Fantasy VII" - I thought I had nearly finished the first disk when I got out of Midgar first time through, how much i had to learn.. And for the record, I cried when Aerith died. (I was about ten and it was mere sobbing :P )

I think any real gamer should return to their roots. I've posted in this thread already, but these are MY "roots". They should even be in alphabetical order... I think. But these are games from my childhoood that I still love to this day. These are all Sega Master System games b/c that's really all I had when I started to play games... other than Pacman on Atari, but that's to be expected ;) lol

I dare anybody to try their luck at Spellcaster. I said this earlier in this thread, but I've been trying for over a decade and I still can't beat that game. I love it though.

That was the first "demonic" game. If it wasn't for that game, such games like... say, Resident Evil, Silent Hill, Parasite Eve, or Condemned: Criminal Origins... may never have been possible in the first place. It's more of a cult-classic than it is an outstanding game, but I just remember watching my older brother play it more when it first released and let me tell you... the graphics were OUT-OF-THIS-WORLD!!! hahaha, sad but true.
